By accessing or using SatSaver (https://satsaver.app), operated by SureWhyNot.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors and users of the platform.
2. Description of Service
SatSaver is a Bitcoin fee estimation and guidance tool. It provides real-time fee recommendations, a send-vs-wait decision engine, and a transaction fee calculator based on public Bitcoin mempool data. SatSaver is an advisory and analytics tool only. We do not execute transactions, custody funds, provide a cryptocurrency wallet, or offer financial advice of any kind.
3. No Financial Advice
Nothing on SatSaver constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Fee estimates and recommendations are informational only. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. You should consult a qualified professional before making significant financial decisions.
4. Accuracy of Information
SatSaver makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of fee data. Data is sourced from third-party APIs (mempool.space, CoinGecko) and may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. Past fee patterns do not guarantee future conditions. Use of this data is at your own risk.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to use SatSaver only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not use the Service to engage in any illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, tax evasion, or fraud. You are responsible for all transactions you initiate.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and materials on SatSaver are the property of SureWhyNot.appor its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission. You may share links to SatSaver freely.
7. Third-Party Links
SatSaver may contain links to third-party websites, including affiliate partners. We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of any third-party site. Affiliate links are disclosed as required by the FTC. Visiting third-party links is at your own discretion and risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SureWhyNot.appshall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SatSaver, including but not limited to: financial losses from transactions made based on fee guidance, transaction failures, data inaccuracies, or service outages. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind.
9. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to SatSaver. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party API failures, or other factors outside our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of SatSaver after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration rather than litigation, to the extent permitted by law.

Privacy Policy
1. Who We Are
SatSaver is operated by SureWhyNot.app. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We are committed to minimal data collection and transparency.
2. Data We Collect
SatSaver is designed to collect as little personal data as possible. Specifically:
- Usage data: Pages visited, time on site, referring URL — collected via analytics (see Section 5). This data is aggregated and not linked to your identity.
- Email address: Only if you voluntarily submit it (e.g., waitlist signup). We do not share or sell email addresses.
- Technical data: IP address (may be logged by our hosting provider, Vercel), browser type, and device type. Used for security and performance monitoring only.
We do not collect: wallet addresses, transaction data, private keys, government IDs, payment card numbers, or any sensitive financial information. We never will.

- Operate and improve the Service
- Understand how users interact with the site (aggregate analytics only)
- Send product updates if you signed up for them (with your explicit consent)

- Vercel(our hosting provider) — for site operation. Vercel's privacy policy applies to their infrastructure.

5. Analytics
SatSaver may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Plausible) to understand site usage. These tools may use cookies or similar tracking. You can opt out of Google Analytics via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. We prefer privacy-respecting analytics tools where possible.
6. Cookies
SatSaver uses minimal cookies — primarily for analytics and to remember user preferences (e.g., selected fee rate). We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes. Third-party services embedded on the site (such as AdSense, if enabled) may set their own cookies. See the Cookies section below for more detail.
7. Data Retention
We retain your email address (if provided) until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Analytics data is retained per the analytics provider's policy. We do not retain personally identifiable technical data beyond 30 days.

No Guarantee of Accuracy
Fee data is sourced from third-party APIs and may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. Bitcoin network conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably. Recommendations made by SatSaver may not reflect actual network conditions at the time you send a transaction. Always verify fee conditions directly in your wallet or via mempool.space before sending.
No Custody of Funds
SatSaver does not hold, store, transfer, or have access to any Bitcoin or cryptocurrency. We are not a money transmitter, exchange, custodian, or financial institution. We have no ability to execute, reverse, or modify any transaction.
Volatility Risk
Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are highly volatile assets. The value of Bitcoin can decrease substantially in a short time. Fee costs denominated in USD fluctuate with both fee rates and Bitcoin's price. Past behavior is not indicative of future results.
Regulatory Compliance
Bitcoin laws and regulations vary by jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of Bitcoin complies with the laws of your country or region. SatSaver makes no representations about the legality of Bitcoin transactions in any specific jurisdiction.
